Please email us, by replying to the same string of the sitter request, where we confirmed the date and sitter for you. Please include the date you are canceling and the assigned sitter’s name and last name initial. We do not have any cancellation fees, at this time. However, we do ask cancellations are kept to a minimum and made at the very latest up to one hour before the sitter’s arrival time. If the sitter has already began their commute to babysit, compensation of their travels is requested and greatly appreciated.
We ask sitter cancellations be kept to a bare minimum and only be made due to sickness and emergency reasons. We try to be respectful of sitters’ jobs, as they rely on this compensation. We also try to be respectful and mindful of other families who could have utilized a requested sitter.
