We ask for at least 7-14 day notice per each requested date and no more than 30 day notice. The reason being is because we try to accommodate all your needs and want to ensure we have sitters available, with given notice. Anything requested more than 30 days out, often leaves risk of sitters cancelling and shifting their schedules. Requesting within 30 days greatly helps eliminate any errors or shifts in sitters. We understand last minute needs do come up and we will surely try our very best to accommodate, of course. We just ask for ample notice as much as possible. Our business hours, for us to accommodate your sitter requests are Monday- Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm (closed Sundays). Anything submitted after business hours will be received and tended to the next business day.
