4. We Connect You:

• Our team works during business hours (M-F 9am-5pm; Sat 9am-11am) to match you with a trusting SoHo sitter fulfilling your needs.
• You’ll be connected to your ideal sitter who fits your preferences.

5. Meet & Get Comfortable (Optional):

• Chat with your sitter before the date via text, phone, or video call.
• In-person meet-ups are possible with a 2-hour minimum payment directly to the sitter.

• All future date requests are submitted within the app, not directly to sitters.
• This ensures smooth scheduling and helps us find a replacement if your sitter is unavailable.

7. Transparent Payments:

• Parents directly pay and employ their chosen sitters for services rendered.
• Rates for all sitters are universal starting at $18/hour for up to 2 children, with additional fees for extra children and peak times, such as last minute needs and holidays. (ranging from $20-$25/hr)
• Sitters are paid for their child care services in cash, check, or electronic payments like Venmo or Zelle after their shift.
• SoHo Sitters takes no commission from sitters, attracting top talent who stay with us long-term!

8. Flexible Cancellations:

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance: Enjoy free cancellations with ample notice. Changes in plans happen,and we’re here to support you.
• Cancel within 24 hours: A small $25 fee will be applied, paid directly to your sitter (via electronic payment) to acknowledge their reserved time.
• Life happens, so we get it! To keep our schedule balanced, kindly limit cancellations to 10/year for emergencies or illness.

9. Monthly Membership Perks:
