Company Fees:
- $289 per year to SoHo Sitters to gain instant access to request and book fully screened, trusted and college educated SoHo Savers.
- If you are already a SoHo Sitter active client, save 10% for the entire year for this add on. Sign up and we will adjust pricing accordingly.
- Clear Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change. If you need to cancel before a SoHo Saver is assigned, you will not be charged any fees However, once a SoHo S is confirmed, the fee becomes non-refundable.

We understand that transparent and convenient payment options are important for parents and SoHo Savers. That’s why we make it easy to pay your sitter directly for their services. SoHo Service fees are separate from sitter payments.
Tier 1:
Tier 1: Quick Errands (30 minutes – 1 hour)
Perfect for everyday tasks that can be done quickly!
- Grocery Pickup (Pre-ordered)
- Package Drop-Off/Return (up to 2 stores, within 5 miles of each other and 20 lb max on packages)
- Prescription Pickup
- Post Office Run
- Takeout Meals
- Coffee Runs
- Buying Gift Cards (2 locations within 5 mile radius)
- A Convenience Store Run
- Dry Cleaning Drop-Off/Pick-Up
- Bank Deposit
- Library Book Return/Checkout
- Loading/Unloading 1 Dishwasher Cycle
- Laundry Help (1 load started or switched)
- House Visit (mail/packages, feeding fish, etc.)
- Booking Appointments (e.g., hair, dinner, massage)
Cost:
- First 2 Errands: $25
- Additional Errand/Task (Same Trip): $10 each
Tier 2: Mid-Level Errands (1 – 2 hours)
For tasks that need a bit more time or coordination!
- Grocery Shopping (with list), bringing items in and putting away
- Personal or Gift Shopping
- Writing Thank You Cards or Invitations
- Watering Plants (Indoor/Outdoor)
- Wrapping Presents
- Home Supply Restocking (toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Cost:
- First Errand: $35
- Additional Errands (Same Trip): $15 each
Tier 3: Complex Errands (2-3 hours)
For bigger tasks that take more time and effort!
- Full Grocery Shopping & Putting items away
- 2-3 hour Shopping Trips
- Event/Party Supply Shopping
- Basic Home Organization (e.g., fridge, small closet, toys, junk drawers)
- Laundry Services (more than 1 load)
- House Call Visit (repair visit, furniture delivery, etc)
Cost:
- First Errand/Task: $60
- Additional Errand/Task (Same Trip): $45 each
- Anything Extending 3 hours: $15/hr additional
Add-Ons & Additional Charges:
- Rush Fee (Same-day/Expedited Service): +$15–$25
- Overnight Errand Requests: +$25
- Additional Time Beyond Estimated Hours: $20/hour
- Multiple Tasks (Same Day, Different Locations): +$10 per task
Surcharge Dates & Last Minute Needs (Requested Day before or day of): $20 surcharge
