Melissa A. is a Tampa native and has over 10 years of experience working with children, from newborn age and up. Melissa recently received her bachelor’s degree from St. Pete College in Management and organizational leadership and hopes to pursue a career in project management. Melissa loves spending days with children, at the park or even inside, while staying creative. She finds it very important for children to stay active, in a safe and healthy environment.  She enjoys teaching children and has hopes of also becoming not just babysitter but also a teacher, friend and life long companion. From books to a game of tag, she finds it all exciting because she can really connect with each child, with ease. Melissa has extensive experience with overnight needs, before and after school accommodations, nanny experience, driving children, date nights and everything in between. In addition, Melissa is also fluent in both English and Spanish.

Newborn & Infancy Experience:

Melissa has strong newborn experience and she finds it important to follow and prioritize the parents’ given sleep/eating schedule in order for the baby to have a healthy and consistent growth pattern. Melissa is very nurturing when it comes to little ones, too!

Melissa enjoys family time, trying new recipes, and working out She loves trying new things and experiencing new places and cultures.
