Although we try our best to be flexible, many sitters do have commitments outside of the time frames of a requested shifts, so we ask families to always be mindful of this.  If you are not sure of an end time for a request, please input a later end time, versus a shorter one, if need be. If you come home earlier than the end time, you will only be responsible for paying the time the sitter babysat. We do have 2 hour pay minimums, though. This greatly helps sitters to accept jobs, where they are able to commit to the time slot requested!
