When requesting a sitter, using our online request form, we ask your start time and end times always be as accurate as possible. Many sitters have commitments outside of the time frames they accepted, so we ask to be mindful of this.  If you ever want to ask your sitter to come earlier or stay later, you are welcome to do so, but please ask in advance and do not assume they can! We do not make any guarantees they can come earlier or leave later, so please always ask. For any last minute time changes, where the sitter is asked to come earlier or leave later, last minute rates do apply.
