Please note: Our hours are 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturdays.We are CLOSED Sundays, for accommodating sitter requests. If a request is submitted after business hours, it is received the following business day and the number of hours to the requested time frame, begins when we open the request during standard business hours. 

Last Minute: Under 36 hour business hour notice is considered last minute. If a request is submitted after 6pm, Monday through Friday or after 12pm on Saturdays, it is received the following business day and the number of hours to the requested time frame, begins when we open the request during the next standard business day.

Example: A request is sent by a family to SoHo Sitters on Monday night at 10 PM for Wednesday morning. This request is received and opened at 9 AM on Tuesday by SoHo Sitters and therefore is under 36 hours notice (beginning 9 AM Tuesday). This is because everything is completed manually by our team and as much as we would love to do so, we realistically cannot be up at all hours of the night checking requests and sending them to sitters. We appreciate your understanding. We do try to work late hours for last minute needs, but this is always the rule for last minute rates.
