What is the process for a sitter confirming with us? 

After SoHo Sitters, confirms and assigns you a sitter, via email, the assigned sitter should also text you  the day they confirm, between the hours of 9am-6pm (if it is after 6pm, then the following day between those hours) AND the day before the shift.

This is to ensure an introduction, a confirmation of details and confirmation the sitter will be there.

If you do not receive a text form your assigned sitter, please contact us immediately, via email, so we can correct this on our end and remind the sitter to get in touch with you!
