Since Kaitlin C. was young, she always had such a strong connection with children and a passion to work with them.  She is a very dedicated caretaker and has experience working with children, ages 3 months and up. Her favorite part about caring for children is helping them develop, grow and learn new things. She also enjoys building strong relationships with each child and family. Kaitlin is currently a Behavioral Therapist and attends  the University of South Florida in hopes to become a speech language pathologist, someday. Kaitlin has lots of volunteer experience from All Children’s Hospital and has worked many years in aftercare and camp settings. Specifically, she worked at Bayside Sports Academy, working with groups of up to 15 children, supervising them in physical activity, as well as homework help. She also worked as a consistent nanny and regular babysitter for several families, throughout the Tampa Bay community.  While obtaining her Youth Professional Development certificate, Kaitlin also volunteered at PARC preschool, in their classroom and music center. She also has experience with virtual learning assistance, too. Kaitlin is very excited to get to know your children individually and can’t wait to engage with them, play games and enjoy time together!

Newborn & Infancy Experience:

In the past, Kaitlin was proudly a consistent nanny for 3 month old baby. She had him for over 5 months, 5 days a week, and 9 hours a day. Along with caring for the newborn, Kaitlin also watched his 7 year old sister for a few days a week and loved having them both. She is very experienced with bottle feedings, nap times, following schedules and providing strong love and nurture. She is also comfortable working with multiple age groups and siblings at once.

Personal Interests:

Kaitlin loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys going shopping, watching movies, or going on walks with her mom, dad, and sister. Kaitlin also loves going to the beach and the pool on hot summer days. In addition to childcare, Kaitlin also loves animals, too.
