Hailey L. was born and raised in Florida and has her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Therefore, she is very familiar with children’s developmental stages. She has strong experience working with all ages, including newborns. Currently, she is in her graduate program, at the University of South Florida, where she is studying social work. Her goals are to become a children’s therapist, someday. Through her graduate program, she also interns with children with mental and behavioral delays. She is responsible for running therapy groups and maintaining a group of 3-10 children, simultaneously. Lastly, Hailey has over 10 years of experience working as a sporadic babysitter, for date nights and occasional needs. Hailey has always had a passion for children and helping them learn and grow. She is compassionate, hardworking, and responsible. 

Newborn & Infancy Experience:

Hailey L. has extensive experience working with newborns and infants.  She’s worked with many families from the newborn stage to toddler transitions. Therefore, she has helped with all the developmental stages and milestones, too. As a psychology and social work student,  she is very advanced in the developmental stages of infants and children. She is experienced with hitting milestones, following routines and providing strong nurture and attentive care.

Personal Interests: 

Hailey L. enjoys spending time with family and her fur babies. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants and volunteering her time. She is also a part of the Sustainable Families program that provides a therapeutic camp to children and families. She loves to give back to the community and help those in need!
